Property releases are by appointment only with prior written authorization from the detective assigned to the case or with a valid court order.
If property is to be released due to a court order, an original copy of the court order must be brought to the appointment.
Our Evidence/Property Unit will not release property without an appointment and a valid (not expired) government issued photo ID to include a state-issued Identification Card, a state-issued Driver’s License, a Passport, a Military ID or a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
