Employee Wellness

We value wellness and offer our employees access to resources easily available so they may proactively take care of their health needs. TCSO offers access to several non-cost and low-cost options through county insurance plans, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and internal TCSO programs.

Because workplace culture affects wellness, we strive to support a workplace environment that encourages employees to access the resources they need to be the best version of themselves. We offer options such as employee health clinics, gyms, a peer support program, a health and nutrition coach and access to free therapy and acupuncture. Most importantly, our vision for employee wellness is rooted in a trauma-informed approach that is integrated, holistic and multi-faceted.
