FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: March 4, 2026 TCSO Investigating Austin’s Colony-Area Homicide The Travis County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after two people were shot, one fatally, at an Austin’s Colony-area residence late Tuesday morning.  The suspect has been identified as Courtney Leander Nation, 49, of Austin.
