Ariza Maria Estreya Olivares of Pflugerville, Texas, went missing on Feb. 1, 1994, in Travis County. She was 16 years old, worked as a live-in maid, and had a moon-shaped birthmark on her right cheek. She was last known to be taking a bus to Laredo, Texas. Ariza was from Mexico.

Daniel Ybarra Rodela of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on March 23, 1997, near FM 1626 and Colton Bluff Springs in Travis County. He was 23 years old and may have been associated with the Texas Syndicate. Daniel’s last known address was on the 5900 block of Breezewood Drive in Austin.

A Black male was found on Sept. 18, 1998, near the Wild Basin Preserve on the 900 block of North Capital of Texas Highway in Travis County. He’s believed to have been between 50 to 60 years of age, and between 5 feet, 4 inches and 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He may have walked with a limp.

He was 27 years old, worked in construction, was homeless, and would hang around bus stops. Billy lived in the woods around William Cannon Drive in Austin and was suspected of being involved with drugs.
