Juanita Ramos Velasquez Mata of Piedra Negras, Mexico, was found deceased on July 9, 1980, on the side of Pflugerville East Road, approximately 0.4 miles east of Dessau Road in Austin, Texas. She was 25 years old, had traveled from Piedra Negras on June 30 to Houston, and last spoke to her mother on July 7.

Daniel Fogg of Albuquerque, New Mexico, went missing on July 17, 1980, from Marbridge Farms in Austin, Texas. He was 24 years old and stated he was going out for pizza and water. Daniel was said to have the mentality of a 7-year-old child, and would often repeat things he heard.

Francisco “Pancho” Cordova of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Aug. 30, 1980, at the foot of a 20-foot bluff overlooking a creek in southeast Travis County, Texas. He was 44 years old, his vehicle was missing, and he was suspected of being involved with drugs. Francisco’s last known address was on the 2200 block of Garden St. in Austin.

Shirley Marie Walker of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Oct. 9, 1981, near Highway 290 East about 1.2 miles west of County Line Road in Travis County. She was 27 years old and was suspected of being involved with drugs and prostitution. Shirley’s last known address was on the 1600 block of Berene Avenue in Austin.

Ruth Elizabeth Bettis of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Nov. 25, 1982, in a pasture near Sprinkle Cutoff Road east of Dessau Road in Travis County. She was a 19-year-old college student who worked part-time at Sugar’s gentlemen’s club in Austin. She drove a light-blue Volkswagen Beetle. Cindy Davis Rendon of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on July 9, 1983, in Marshall Cove off 2322 in Pace Bend Park in Travis County. She was 23 years old and married. Cindy’s last known address was on the 6700 block of Bryn Mawr Drive in Austin.

Billie Earl Allen of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Aug. 6, 1983, at his residence located on the 1200 block of Oak Shadow Drive in Austin. He was 40 years old, married and had children. He was also a UT Austin graduate and a sculptor. He and his wife operated Allen’s Gold and Diamond Outlet in Round Rock.

Julio Ruiz Robles of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Nov. 17, 1983, at 64 McNeil Road in Austin. He was 23 years old and employed by Austin White Lime Company. Julio’s last known address was Box 7, McNeil Road, in Austin.

Isidro Juarez Flores of Travis County, was found deceased on Dec. 9, 1983, in his apartment behind the Branding Iron Restaurant off Highway 71 West in Travis County. He was 22 years old and employed as a cook at Bubba’s Roadhouse near his apartment. Isidro was originally from Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

Richard Lester King of Portland, Oregon, was found deceased on May 29, 1984, about two miles west of Hamilton Pool Road off Highway 71 in Travis County. He was 35 years old, living with a friend in a trailer park, was homosexual, and was said to be a drifter. Richard’s last known address was in Portland, Oregon.

Jose Picacio Jr. of Travis County, was found deceased on Sept. 29, 1984, on Falwell Lane, about 0.9 miles north of Highway 71 East in Travis County. He was 48 years old, living with a sister, worked as a janitor, and was suspected of being involved with drugs. Jose’s last known address was on the 3500 block of Neal St. in Austin.

A Hispanic male was found on July 8, 1985, near Old Highway 20, about a half of a mile east of Loop 212 near Manor, Texas. It’s believed he was in his early 30s, about 130 pounds, about 5 feet, 4 inches tall with straight black hair that was about three inches long. It’s believed he may have been murdered in June of 1985.

Genevieve Suzanne Hawkins of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Nov. 26, 1985, near Maha Loop Road and Von Quintus Road in southeast Travis County. She was 30 years old and attending UT Austin. It’s believed Genevieve had been missing since June of 1985.

Ernest “Peto” Ramirez of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on Feb. 2, 1986, on Thompson Lane about a mile north of Highway 183 in Travis County. He was 29 years old and was suspected of being involved with drugs. Ernest’s last known address was on the 3600 block of Thompson St. in Austin.

Eugene Daniel Hayes of Cypress, Texas, was found deceased on Feb. 12, 1987 on the 8100 block of Old Manor Road, two blocks east of Ferguson Lane in Travis County. He was 36 years old, married, a mechanical engineer who worked in San Antonio, and was suspected of being involved with drugs.

Daniel Lee Spring of Austin, Texas, was found deceased on March 1, 1989, about 1.2 miles northwest of Big Sandy Creek Park off Lime Creek Road in Travis County. He was 38 years old, employed, and married. Daniel went missing while his wife was in Florida.

Daniel Joseph Galvan of Austin, Texas, was last seen on Dec. 14, 1989, in Manor, Texas. He was 15 years old, had a pierced left ear lobe and a scar underneath his right eye.
