Free and confidential services for all full and part-time employees, dependents, and anyone that lives in the household. Up to five confidential short-term counseling sessions are provided at no cost to employees and their families. Use “traviscountytx” as the username and password to log in.
Employees may access clinics for a variety of wellness program and health care services with no co-pay, no deductible and no co-insurance costs. The three on-site Employee Health Clinics are staffed by physicians and medical care professionals available to employees, retirees and dependents who are at least 10 years of age and are covered by one of the Travis County Health Plans.

TCSO Staff Psychologist, Dr. Cress Kwolek, provides confidential and no-cost services for all TCSO employees which include:
- Clinical treatment for trauma-related issues (including EMDR)
- Therapy to support optimal functioning in relationships and a growth mindset
- Symptom relief from anxiety and depression
- Treatment for sleep disturbances
- Referrals to both TCSO and non-TCSO providers
Please note: To ensure trust and confidence in TCSO psychological health services, “fit for duty” evaluations are provided by an external contractor not our staff psychologist.

TCSO Peer Support Program offers group debrief services and one-on-one support for work-related issues, personal concerns, and critical incidents. The Peer Support Program is committed to providing confidentiality. They provide referrals to both TCSO and non-TCSO providers and resources.
