Travis County Correctional Complex Visitation Center to Close Temporarily
The Travis County Correctional Complex (TCCC) is in the process of transitioning to a new visitation software system. To complete the transition and train up TCSO’s visitation staff, it is necessary to temporarily suspend face-to-face, on-site visits for family and friends. The TCCC Visitation Center will be closed to the public April 1-2, 2022.
* Attorney on-site visits will still be available.
* Phone Visitation will still be available for friends and family.
TCSO reached the end of its contract with one vendor and is beginning a new contract with a different vendor, thus the need for this transition. More information is available on TCSO’s web site.
