TCSO Investigating Homicide Victim Discovered on Linden Road
At 9:30 am on January 9, 2022, TCSO deputies responded to a report of a vehicle blocking a private driveway in the 7900 block of Linden Rd in Southeast Travis County. The caller stated there was a person in the car, facing down, not moving.
Upon arrival, deputies were able to determine that the male was deceased. Detectives began working the scene, searching for evidence in and around the vehicle. Once the Medical Examiner arrived, the body was moved and it was determined the decedent had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
An autopsy was conducted January 10, 2022 and the decedent has been identified as ALAN JAMES SNEDDON, 58 of Austin.
