TCSO Investigating Homicide on West Wells Branch Parkway
On Sept. 7, TCSO deputies responded to a 911 call received at 5:19 p.m. seeking a welfare check on a woman. When deputies arrived at the residence on the 1700 block of W. Wells Branch Parkway, the woman was found deceased with obvious injuries.
Detectives obtained a search warrant and searched the home overnight, and their investigation remains ongoing. This is believed to be an isolated incident and there is currently no perceived threat to the public. This case marks TCSO’s fifth homicide investigation of 2023.
