How to Apply

Application Requirements

Application Deadline: DEcember 3, 2021 

Submitting An Application 

  • Applications can ONLY be completed by adult family members.
  • Applications may also be completed at the Brown Santa warehouse (location coming soon). Once the warehouse is open to the public, we will accept applications during our normal business hours:
    • Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
    • Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
    • Friday & Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Only one application needs to be submitted per household.

  • There is an information sheet that will be attached to each application. You will complete the application, retaining the information sheet that provides you with the delivery/pick-up date, time, and location.


  • Your household is at or below the minimum poverty guidelines as established by the U.S. government, or extenuating circumstances within the family has caused substantial inconvenience to be able to provide for basic necessities. If you are a recipient of WIC, EBT, SNAP or MAP you can bring those ID cards with you when you apply.
  • You must live in the unincorporated areas of Travis County (outside the city limits of Austin).
  • You need to have two proofs of address:
    • (1) Identification with a photo and
    • (2) Proof of your address, such as a utility bill, lease, or insurance card (WIC, EBT, Medicaid, MAP, etc.). You can only apply for your own household and the children listed on the application must reside in that household. If there is more than one family in one residence, every person in that household needs to be listed on the application. One application per household. Proof of age must be provided for all children (school records or shot records).

After Application Has Been Submitted

  • You should receive a receipt once you submit your application.
  • You will receive text/email message the week of delivery remind you of the date, time and location of the delivery.
  • You must bring some form of ID that matches the name on the application. If you are unable to pick up your packages, you can have a friend pick up the package with signed note and a copy of your ID.
  • If you cannot make the delivery date, you may pick up your box of gifts on December 20thand 21st before 3:00pm at our warehouse location.

December 18th:
Pflugerville & Manor | Location: Northeast Metro Park (Map) 

December 19th:
Del Valle | Location: Southeast Metro Park (Map)
