How to Apply:

Project Lifesaver: Travis County is a free program open to all residents of Travis County. Applications will be accepted beginning March 17.

To Apply:

1) Download Caregiver Packet, which includes the three documents listed below:

Program Contract
Client Profile
Caregiver Instructions

Contact Carrie Fortner at 512.854.6615 or carrie.fortner@co.travis.tx.us

2) Sign the Program Contract and fax or mail it and the Client Profile to Project Lifesaver: Travis County.

3) Applications received up until April 17 will be considered for the first round of clients in the program. Depending on demand, a drawing may be held to choose the clients.

4) Applications will continue to be accepted until the program is at capacity.
