Download and complete one of the following: * Pre-Employment Screening Checklist (Word Document) * Pre- Employment Screening Checklist (PDF Format) Once the Pre-Employment Screening Checklist is complete in accordance with the instructions, you may apply in person at our main office at 5555 Airport Blvd. or you can mail the Pre-Employment Screening Checklist to: Travis County Sheriff's Office, Attn: Personnel / Application, P.O. Box 1748 , Austin, Texas 78767 Note: If you are mailing the Pre- Employment Screening Checklist, please call the Travis County Sheriff's Office Personnel Office at (888) JOB.TCSO for mailing instructions so we can better serve you. Failure to call could result in your Pre- Employment Screening Checklist not being processed or it being mailed back for incompleteness.
