About two-thirds of the jail population lacks a high school diploma or GED and most lack the viable job skills needed to maintain substantial employment. The Education Program offers courses in: * Graduation Equivalency Degree (GED) * Adult Basic Education * English as a Second Language (ESL) and * Basic Computer Skills
